This month, HealthStreet would like to recognize another exceptional Community Health Worker (CHW): Deidra Oliver.
Deidra Oliver is a HealthStreet CHW in Union County. Through funding from the Florida Blue Foundation, Oliver connects community members in Union County with the health information and services they need by providing transportation to medical appointments for those aged 50 and older. Deidra has displayed her true passion for helping those in her community. HealthStreet is always grateful for the hard work of our Community Health Workers!
