Jonathan Heaven and Andrew Osorio, two of UF HealthStreet’s Community Health Workers, represented HealthStreet at Diversity Day this year! They shared with the community how HealthStreet gives a voice to diverse populations and showcased how our analysis of data determines the public’s most pressing health concerns–an approach that helps us to adapt our services to properly support our community.
