The Neurocognitive Screening Initiative (NSI) provides a cognitive assessment service to adults who have concerns about their thinking or memory, including symptoms of ADHD, epilepsy, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and dementia syndromes like Alzheimer’s disease. The clinic offers screenings to uninsured individuals or those who cannot otherwise afford cognitive testing.
