In alignment with the Substance Abuse and Mental Services Administration’s celebration of National Recovery Month, the 2nd National OCOH will be sharing innovative research findings from the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) about Marijuana Use Among Youth. Dr. Maureen Boyle, Chief of the Science Policy branch from NIDA will be the featured speaker.

Date and Time: September 24, Thursday, 5:30- 7 pm EST

Location: HealthStreet, 2401 Old Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608.

What is OCOH?

OCOH is a town hall inspired series that shares innovative research findings to foster conversation and mutual understanding with people across the nation. The event has both a physical audience and people from various locations tuning in via live-stream! To promote conversation and understanding, polling and text messaging is used for questions and comments.

Each event in the Our Community, Our Health series will feature researchers from a different site, and feedback from participants will be used to improve the forum as it develops and expands.
