Stop the Spread of COVID-19 with

Good Personal Health Habits

• Avoid having close contact with people who are sick.

• Practice social distancing and STAY HOME!

• If you are sick and do not require immediate medical attention, stay home. Call your doctor before visiting him/her, so he/she can tell you what to do next.

• Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, or use your upper sleeve. Put your used tissue in a waste basket immediately and wash your hands as soon as possible with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

• Clean frequently touched surfaces and objects daily (tables, countertops, light switches, doorknobs, and cabinet handles)

• If surfaces are dirty, they should be cleaned using a detergent and water prior to disinfection.

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
