World Alzheimer's Month is an annual campaign by Alzheimer's Disease International (ADI) every September to raise awareness and challenge the stigma that surrounds Dementia.

Want to participate in UF research studies?

⦿ The ACT study is examining a mild form of brain stimulation and its effect on thinking and memory improvement with brain training in older adults. Eligible participants must be 65-89 years old, healthy and willing to participate in an MRI.

 

⦿ The MAPLE study is trying to understand the long-term effects of marijuana on people living with or without specific health conditions. Eligible participants must be 60 years or older and HIV positive.
