Interested in participating in research?Here are a few studies that you can participate in now:+The Development of a Conceptual Model of Emergency Department Utilization Among Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Patients Study is exploring reasons deaf and hard-of-hearing people use the UF Health Gainesville emergency room. Eligible participants must be 18 of age years or older, identity as deaf, hard-of-hearing, or have hearing loss, and have used UF Health’s ER in Gainesville within the past 3 years.+The Pain Relief for OsteoArthritis through Combined Treatment (PROACT) Study is testing whether a five-day course of mindfulness meditation training (MMT) and transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), and their combination, can enhance balance, brain function, and reduce pain.
