Join the eREACH Study!

We want to learn about older adults' experience with health assessments, screenings, and referrals and opinions on receiving automated reminder calls for appointments. Eligible participants are African American/Black older adults over 60 years old. This online survey will take about 15 minutes to complete.
You will be paid for your time.
