National Depression and Mental Health Screening Month

October is National Depression and Mental Health Screening month. This observance creates awareness around depression and the need for accessible and affordable mental health screenings. The table above shows reports of depression and anxiety among HealthStreet members, by age and gender. As shown rates of both depression and anxiety were highest among 31 to 60 year olds, and females. HealthStreet CHWs offer referrals to mental health services. Emerging Pathogens Institute Hansen's Disease (Leprosy) Symposium

Neighbors Caring for Neighbors Community Health Fair


Please join us Wednesday, November 1, 2023,  at the Martin Luther King Jr. Multipurpose Center for a community health fair sponsored by UF Health and Bread of the Mighty Food Bank.
