About HealthScreen
Take charge of your health with HealthScreen at the University of Florida HealthStreet Program. The UF HealthStreet Program, under the direction of Drs. Linda Cottler and Catherine Striley, was awarded an 15-month “Dr. and Mrs. Alfonse and Kathleen Cinotti Health Care Screening and Services Grant” from the Florida Department of Health.
The community-based initiative offers free health screenings for community members at greatest need for hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, and stroke. By getting screened, you can take the first step towards a healthier future and empowering yourself to make informed decisions about your well-being. Don’t wait—join us at UF HealthStreet or find us at one of our outreach events and receive your free assessment!
