ADHD Awareness Month
The month of October is designated as ADHD Awareness Month, and this year's theme is "Awareness is Key." This purpose of this annual observance is to provide information and resources that can empower those with ADHD, helping them to thrive. The Attention Deficit Disorder Association, in collaboration with Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, ADHD Coaches Organization and ADDitute magazine, created the ADHD Awareness Month website. The website offers resources created by ADHD experts that answer common questions and provide insight regarding aspects of living with ADHD while also busting some commonly believed ADHD myths. The site also features ADHD-related art, memes, and personal stories in addition to a self-screening tool developed by the World Health Organization. #ADHDawareness #ADHDsupport #MovingForwardWithADHD

Egg Frittata
Ingredients:
8 large eggs 1/4 cup milk (or cream) Salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons olive oil (or butter) 1 bell pepper, diced 1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen, thawed and drained) 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or feta) 1/4 cup fresh herbs (like parsley, basil, or chives)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Whisk the eggs:
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Sauté vegetables:
In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the spinach and cook for another minute.
4. Add tomatoes and cheese:
5. Scatter the cherry tomatoes over the cooked veggies in the pan, then sprinkle with cheese.
6. Pour in the egg mixture:
Pour the egg mixture over the veggies and cheese in the skillet. Stir gently to combine the ingredients evenly.
7. Cook on stovetop:
Cook the frittata on the stovetop for 3-4 minutes until the edges start to set.
8. Transfer to the oven:
Move the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the frittata is fully set in the center. 9. Garnish and serve:
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle fresh herbs over the top, slice, and serve warm.
