Cooking Matters® is a cooking-based nutrition education program that empowers families with skills, knowledge, and confidence to plan and create nutritious meals on a limited budget. Learn how to shop for and prepare healthy, delicious food.  Participants receive meal planning and cooking instruction and lessons on nutrition and healthy living, and a Cooking Matters recipe book. Courses are taught by UF/IFAS Extension Family Nutrition Program nutrition professionals.
